I’ve never met a more down to earth and heartful couple, and am always grateful to work with clients like these two. Ashton and Junior had a big wedding planned but with the pandemic closing borders preventing friends from overseas from joining them, they opted for a small and intimate celebration with their closest people instead.

Held at St Mary’s by the Sea in Port Douglas, Junior’s Fijian traditions were beautifully weaved into the modern ceremony officiated by a pastor who was close friends of the couple.

Afterwards it was just a few simple fun and candid photos with their closest friends. (Groomsman Mika hands down gave the best champagne pop on-camera!)

P.S. You might have spotted this quiet fella if you’ve been following the Australian Boomers on their Olympics journey at Tokyo 2020, supporting the team from the sideline. Congratulations on the bronze medal, Junior!
